This summer, graduate students are invited to attend a Summer School that the University of Groningen is organizing in collaboration with the Universities of Erfurt, Aarhus, as well as Rice University. The Summer School will address the theme “Mysticism and Esotericism in Pluralistic Perspective: Conflicting Claims of Knowledge and the Power of Individualism” (29 June – 5 July 2014). The teachers in this Summer School will be Jörg Rüpke (Erfurt), Dietmar Mieth (Erfurt), Anders Kloostergard Petersen (Aarhus), Jesper Sørensen (Aarhus), Hans Jørgen Lundager Jensen (Aarhus), Mathilde van Dijk (Groningen), Lautaro Roig-Lanzillotta (Groningen), and Kocku von Stuckrad (Groningen).
